It was the first annual scale warbird event put on by the Corona R/C Club of Southern California. What started out as a non-event
turned into one of their largest attended events in recent years, with well over 75 airplanes and 100 attendees. There were P-47s,
P-51's, C-47s, BF-109s, Corsairs, F-22s, F-82s, A-1s, MiGs, ME-262s, AT-6s, and FW190s just to name a few. There were many ARF's
and a hand full of kits on display. But hey! My first credential on the long road to Top Gun.
